I have a question on astrocartography.
I have a question on astrocartography.
Is it correct that two people born at the same time in different places will have the same planetary lines but different zodiacs and houses?
For example, if I am born at noon local time on August 4, 1970 in Denver and another person is born at 8:00pm local time on August 4, 1970 in Paris, France then would the planetary lines map identically but planet placements in signs and houses will vary and therefore the interpretations of the planetary lines will be different for the two people? A given geography may be benefic for one and malefic for the other?
In this example, I'm assuming Europe is 8 hours ahead of CO.
Thanks,
George
