Where on the site/web is the tool?

There is a handy little freeware program called "Astrolog."  Just type it into your search engine and follow the instructions to download.  You can use it to do birth charts, relocational charts, and astrocartography charts.  It isn't as detailed as the paid programs and you don't get all the explanations, but it's a good start.  Of course, you could always order one from the people who run Astro*Carto*Graphy.  For an alternative view point on relocational astrology, as presented by Julian Fast, you could order one of her mapping packages.  I ordered both sets of charts for myself and was quite intrigued by all the information and interpretations.
