Pluto in Zenith; good or bad?
Up to Interpretive Techniques
Hi All,
I've found a great looking place using astrocartography, where the lines look promising, while the crossing are mixed to favorable. This particular location has Pluto in Zenith and the interp on astro.com looks potentially troublesome but also somewhat promising. I've heard some horror stories about people who lived on Pluto lines but then again a few good outcomes, as well. Transformation is a major theme in my life, so this could be favorable for me. My career aspirations are to be a fiction writer and I have Pluto in my 3rd house natally, so this consideration becomes still more pertinent. Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated.
I forgot to mention that I'm a huge fan of Scorpio and I'm wondering if that should be taken into consideration in my evaluation of this place. In fact, I identify strongly with Scorpio, though I do not have my Sun, Moon, AC, etc., in Scorpio. My take on the reason for my obsession, (Yep, Scorpio again!), with Scorpio is that my Sun's ruler is in Scorpio, my North Node is in Scorpio, my Sun is in the Scorpio decanate of its sign and I have Pluto in the 3rd house of the conscious mind.
Jack -
You write: I've heard some horror stories about people who lived on Pluto lines but then again a few good outcomes, as well.
I write: Believe those stories, friend.
You write: Transformation is a major theme in my life, so this could be favorable for me.
I write: I hate to sound like the Magic 8-Ball, but...

When it comes to Pluto, wishful thinking is futile. Avoid.
Sorrow and trouble come to us all. The trick is to be OK enough to relieve the suffering of other beings.
Try someplace else. OK, over and out.

Hi Debbi,
Since I'd posted my question, I've come to realize that Pluto is my second or perhaps, third weakest planet based on its natal aspects, so it wouldn't make a good relocation candidate anyway. The place I was considering has some really uniquely appealing, one-of-a-kind characteristics which seemed tailor-made for me, so this is breaking my heart!....Can I still vacation there?

If you must be the puppy who wants the thrilling experience running across the Autobahn, you may be lucky.
After all, JFK visited Dallas (his Pluto on the Midheaven line) more than once before his visit in November 1963.
I say, no way, babe!
There is never - nevah - just one cool place to go. Any relocation expert who tells you there's only one isn't doing the job right. There's a bouquet of places to make your heart sing.
There are so many noble ways to break one's heart - avoiding the Doom Star is hardly one of them. Let's break it another way, OK? You sound like a deep and delicious guy. The good people in Haiti need clean water to drink just now. And there are beautiful people and places all over the world in great distress, or just lonely - some of them are even wearing thongs. We welcome your reports...
