US Presidents and Mars Lines
Up to Related Locational Astrology Methods

In July 2000 I gave a lecture on “Astro*Carto*Graphy and Mundane Astrology” at the AFA Conference in Las Vegas. Using A*C*G techniques for both George W. Bush and Al Gore, I predicted that Bush would become the next president. At the same time it looked like it would be a very close result. As George W. Bush had a MA MH line passing through Afghanistan, I explained about the possibility of the United States becoming involved in a war there if he was elected as president. So it was no surprise when this became a reality.
What many astrologers can’t understand is why did Bush get involved with a war in Iraq? Bush has VE MH and PL MH lines within orb of Baghdad, and no astrologer would have predicted getting involved in a war with these planetary influences.
When local space lines are used, Bush has Mars very close to Baghdad which explains why the United States went to war in Iraq.
This example shows that both A*C*G and local space Mars lines need to be considered when examining a president’s map to find out where potential “war” areas are.

It's quite chilling to look over so many of the U.S. President's Pluto Midheaven (PL MH) lines, no?
JFK - Dallas; Jimmy Carter - Teheran; George W. Bush - Mecca.
President Clinton's is in Buenos Aires...but he was warned off going there many years ago. My article in Mother Jones magazine is archived and easily Google- searched. At that time, ten copies of Mother Jones magazine was routinely sent to the White House.
It is staggering to think about what avoidable mistakes, needless tragedy, and even loss of life may sometimes be headed off with a combination of razor-sharp, accurate information, sound strategic planning and strength of character.
There is quite enough hardship in life to go around. Avoiding the MH Pluto line is always sound policy. Sadly, one cannot always avoid events beyond one's control...the famous tale of the 'Appointment in Samarra.'

What do you mean by, "local space Mars lines"? I recall being in an ACG
workshop with Jim Lewis in Berkeley, CA. He taught, pluto/ jupiter
conjunction , indicated big money...which equals, war!

Local space lines are completely different to A*C*G lines, so it's an additional technique that can be used in locational astrology.
